Please note that submitting this form is only a Reservation Request. Dana Point Moving Company will always do its best to accommodate your preferred moving date and time; however, availability may be limited and we may occasionally be fully booked. Your move is not guaranteed or officially confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from Dana Point Moving Company.
Dana Point Moving Company does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties that assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or providing services to you, provided that those parties agree to keep your information confidential. We may also disclose your information when we believe it is appropriate to comply with law enforcement requirements, enforce our website policies, protect our rights, property, or safety, or protect the rights, property, or safety of others.
All moving jobs have a 3 HOURS MINIMUM requirement. Any time used after the third hour will be prorated in 15-minute increments at the same hourly rate.
If the distance between your pick-up and drop-off locations exceeds 10 miles, Double Drive Time will be charged for the driving portion between the two locations. For hourly moves within the State of California, moving companies are required to apply Double Drive Time.
Additional charges may apply to items weighing more than 250 lbs., including pianos, large safes, pool tables, or other items that may be considered excessively heavy. The additional fees are as follows:
- Item over 250 lbs. – $100 fee
- Upright Piano – $100 fee
- Baby Grand Piano – $150 fee
